Siobhan is the founder of Beattitude, and resident Yorkshire lass in London.
Siobhan is an ex-professional dancer come olympic weight lifting lover. She's our smart, strong willed northern girl with a big voice and an even bigger belief in all women.
Combining her knowledge and experience she has created a space where women can come and do exercises that are specifically suited to their bodies and goals, in classes that provide variety and can be fit around the rest of their lives. She believes in the strength of women and her brand wants to give women the chance to smash stereotypes and get the most from their bodies and their time.
Quals: REPS 3 Personal Training, PN Level 1, ISAK Anthropometry Level 1, Gut functioning, Certification in Applied Functional Science.
Other Info: She loves big hair, red wine and loves to sleep, which is why she needs about twelve alarms to wake her up. Good job she's not teaching any 6:15am workouts then!
Jo is our Studio Manager.
Jo is kind of a ninja for a couple of reasons. She can do ninjary moves like backflips, splits and walk overs that come from her cheerleading background. But behind her enthusiastic and motivational exterior, she is a multi tasking machine, dedicating her time to her other passion which is fitness and nutrition. She LOVES being awake at 5am - luckily since she's often leading our 6.15am classes.
She's behind women's fitness and wellbeing 100% and loves working (and working out) with a studio that values women and works with them and their lifestyles.
Other info: She loves dogs, particularly when dressed in Disney costumes and she has a very kind soul.
Lillya is our stealth fire cracker; with a solid knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology, she doesn't need to scream at you to show you how to better that technique or keep you motivated!
She loves working to improve women's overall balance, empathetic to each individual but energising them and giving them a quick bit of tough love when needed to push them in the right direction!
She loves being part of a collective of like-minded women all working together to provide a service that she believes in.
She expects results, and she gets them! Come say hi and check out one of her classes!
