HIIT SERIES

Forget the little weights and HIIT classes, our Strength Series are designed to build strength and create lean muscle whilst giving you a non stop workout. Each workout targets lower-body, upper-body, core and full-body in a series of workout lanes. The programming is different every class to incorporate new movements and hit different muscles. STRENGTH SERIES

Our HIIT series incorporates a mixture of HIIT principles, resistance and body weight training to more effectively hit your goals. This isn’t endless burpees and press up. Our HIIT series is tabata training unlike any other. You will twist, jump, reach, turn, swing, snatch, push and pull, using every muscle in your body. Classes: B’STRENGTH. B’LIFT

CIRCUIT SERIES

’Metabolic conditioning’ (Medium and High levels). These circuit-based class is based about performing exercises multiple rounds, with very little rest. The medium level has, no impact, core specific exercises and medium technicality. Both are a total body workout incorporating power, speed, endurance and balance – 9 stations x 18 exercises. CORE SERIES

These is a unique, fun, dynamic and music led core classes. B’Core (low/medium) takes your body through a series of controlled, intelligently choreographed exercises designed to strengthen and tone the muscles, increase movement efficiency and build overall function. All of our trainers are trained in functional core work, diastasis recti, pelvic floor rehabilitation and have the skill to progress each clients individually. B’Hardcore is our advanced core class as it gets into the deeper stabilising muscles, as well as the peripheral (global) muscles, working them to the limit. Working on gaining long lean muscles, great posture and an incredibly strong core.

YOGA / FLEXIBILITY SERIES

B’Stretch is a class has been specifically designed to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. B’Flex This class will isolate and lengthen specific muscles, enabling a deeper, more effective stretch than you could achieve unassisted. Our Yoga will develop strength and flexibility, build your confidence in yoga and in your body. A full-body workout that is going to improve your strength and flexibility, tone the body and find a beautiful stillness of the mind. This class is for all levels. (myofascia)

PREGNANCY SERIES

There are MANY classes on our timetable that are pregnancy safe and suitable. It is a case of enquiring and allowing us to know a little more about your background, history, injuries as well as the pregnancy itself. We can then guide you correctly. POST NATAL SERIES

B’Form is a full body workout created to get results. An incredibly functional class working through strength exercises to tighten the core, better posture and regain function and strength to the pelvic floor and diastasis recti. You can also attend our strength class B’Lift, our core class B’Core and our Boxing class B’Boxing. All of our trainers are trained in functional core work, diastasis recti, pelvic floor rehabilitation and have the skill to progress each clients individually. BOXING

B’Box is perfect for beginners right the way up to the more advanced boxing goers. It uses number combinations to indicate which punch to throw, which is displayed on screens at the front of the room. Each round intensifies with more complicated combos, with interchangeable exercises where you’ll use bodyweight, weights and TRX equipment to perform HIIT exercises targeting the core, legs and arms. 

BODYWEIGHT

B’BodyW8 is an energetic, powerful mat-based workout experience built on the principles of the physical and mindful benefits of Yoga, Dance and Primal Movements. A dynamic flow of toning and conditioning moves using bodyweight in a HIIT style program, this class inspires flexibility, mobility and strength.

 

FAQ ABOUT THE WORKOUTS

I HAVE AN INJURY WHAT CLASSES CAN I DO?
Integrated into our workouts are some crucial rehabilitation exercises. If you have a knee or back injury then call us and explain a little further. Our strength based classes B’Lift and B’Strength would be totally suitable, as well as the medium circuit class B’Figure. B’Core and our Flexibility series may be good for you as well, however we can give you more advice once we know the full injury detail. Call or email us 

I HAVE PELVIC FLOOR ISSUES
We’re experts on this. Pelvic floor incontinence, pain or prolapse is common but it is not normal. Our B’Core and B’Form workouts will help you regain the strength in your pelvic floor, no matter how long ago you gave birth, your pelvic floor can be strengthening. I'VE NEVER BOXED, IS THE BOXING CLASS OK FOR ME?
Most definitely! We have advanced and beginner sequences. We pair you up with someone of the same level, and, what’s even better is that you only really have to learn the first sequence, after that you just add on one of too punches until you’re doing a full sequence without realising it.Book a free taster class now, don’t put it off.

I'M PREGNANT WHAT CLASSES CAN I DO
We have pregnancy specific classes, Bump and Pregnancy Yoga. However there is so much you can do when you are pregnant. We have a wide range of classes that you can access that help strengthen and keep you fit during your pregnancy without impact or incorrect core pressure. The best thing to do is give us a call and chat to us. It’s all about your exercise history, pregnancy status and what you are looking for.Call or email us.

I'M NOT VERY FIT, I'M WORRIED I WILL NOT BE FIT ENOUGH
We get so many women saying this. Our classes are levelled in the programming, so when you first come in, our trainers will always ask you where you think your level is. There are two different exercises available, one medium and one high, so you can always start at a lower level and see whether this statement is really true or it was just teh nerves that were talking!Book a free taster class now, and you can simply choose the lower level in the class.
