Our club is prioritising diversity, inclusivity and framing exercise as a feel good tool. We strive towards health, confidence, strength and tone rather than unobtainable body standards.

Fitness & Weight Loss
Exercise definitely stimulates weight loss, but the type of exercise doesn’t it doesn’t necessarily have to be jumping, hundreds of burpees, press up and sit ups. Our workouts have intensity and technique levels within the class programming, which means you start at the level suited for you, and progress through the levels as you go on. We have a large range of workouts, from Strength, HIIT, Core, Cardio, Boxing and more. Call or email us if you want some help choosing the right taster class!

Confidence
Fitness can support overall body confidence especially when you are surrounded by likeminded, none judgemental people. We can help you build body confidence through the understanding of fitness and food. Fear, learnt beliefs and behaviours are one of the biggest barriers to achieving confidence. Post Natal Fitness
We have you completely covered; Diastasis, Pelvic pain, pelvic floor issues, stiff, feeling unfit, used to be very fit, or never been fit. Our workouts have intensity and technique levels within the class programming, which means you start at the level suited for you, and progress through the levels as you go on. No jumping, planking, or sit ups until you are ready. All of our trainers are pre and post qualified. You can still get sweaty, tone and tighten post natal, just call or email us so we can have a quick chat and book you in for the right taster class!

Pregnancy Fitness
You can do a lot during pregnancy. Pregnancy is a time to gain a strong body. It is also a time that you don’t necessarily feel in control, and your training needs a few tweaks to benefit you. We can help with all of both of these. Our classes are levelled, we have pre and post natal personal trainers teaching the classes, there are classes that have no impact, planks or sit ups but will still focus on helping you achieve a strong body, and helping you still feel fit. We also have pregnancy dedicated workouts, Bump and Pregnancy Yoga. Contact us if you’re not sure, we’ll help tailor it for you.
