We have a timetable that boasts over 60 classes a week packed full with a dynamic range of workouts designed to complement each other and your results. With classes ranging from 30, 45 and 60 minutes it’s easy to slot in a workout during your day. 

Our club has a unique way of levelling the classes which makes our workout accessible to everyone.

 

CIRCUITS, HIIT, BOXING

Revive is our lowest impact class, but don't be fooled, we give tough love, and we give tough exercises at different levels. Whether you have not done exercise for a while, have an injury or simply want to ease back in, Revive will help you own your 3D space, giving your posture a well needed reminder, your core a wake up call, your pelvic floor a strengthen, and your whole body a sweat session without any jumping or planking!

Figure is our medium circuits class and Drive is our high intensity circuits class. 13 minutes, 3 lanes, 18 exercises, swings, snatches, lunges, pulling, pushing, laughing, sweating, toning, tightening. There's nothing to say but that you will enjoy these classes! But start with Figure! Drive is definitely only for those who have done high intensity training before.

BOOK A FIGURE OR DRIVE

Blitz and Blitz X our high intensity interval classes. Blitz focuses on cardio training, integrating kettlebells and bodyweight to get the heart rate up and your body working. Fear not, within each class there are  both medium and high levels making them accessible for both those wanting to go for gold or for those just entering back into fitness! Blitz X has an extra round and is out 45 minute class. Blitz is 30 mins.

Frame and Frame X are our high intensity interval classes that focus on strength. A none stop workout that challenges you to drive your weights up and your body to new levels. With both medium and high levels in these classes, they are accessible for those wanting to push their fitness to the next level and those wanting to regain their strength. Frame X has an extra round at the end so is our 45min class.

Our boxing classes are a mix of pad-work with circuit exercises that will help to improve co-ordination, release tension, lengthen, tone, tighten and increase your fitness. It does not matter if you haven't boxed before! Our combinations have easy or harder levels! Come fight out the stress!

CORE, FLOW, YOGA, STRETCH

Basecore and Dynamic basecore are our core conditioning classes. They focus on accessing your core through weighted exercises, making you own your 3D space and build your core strength! Basecore is our low/medium level and Dynamic basecore is our medium/high level.

BOOK A BASECORE OR DYNAMIC BASECORE CLASS

Fusion is our body flow class, designed to make you sweat, to increase your mobility, and become more elite at bodyweight exercise. This class is a perfect break from kettlebell swings and lunges. It's Siobhan's favourite class!

BOOK A FUSION CLASS

Yoga at Beattitude focuses on learning the basics and learning to move through flow transitions, increasing your understanding of your own body, alignment, flexibility, tight areas, and helping you to feel strong and supported when holding your own body weight. The class is 75 minutes long - 60 minutes of program, and 15 minutes of getting your body relaxed, meditation and focus for the week going forwards and helping to balance out stress.

BOOK A YOGA CLASS

A mix of fascia stretch, trigger point, dynamic and static stretching, this class gives your body that well deserved break from working out. Decreasing tension and increasing range of movement is crucial. Which is why we offer this as a free class for any paying member!

BOOK A STRETCH CLASS

PRE AND POST NATAL

We have a variety of classes suitable for pre and post natal women. We suggest beginning with one of these classes as a taster class. Becuase of the nature of our innovative in class levels, pre and post natal women are able to attend more of our classes, but prior to this we ask you come and try one of the below and have a chat with our experts. They will build your pre / post natal programme accordingly. 

Revive is our lowest impact class and fantastic for post natal women. But don't be fooled, we give tough love, and we give tough exercises at different levels. Revive will help you own your 3D space, giving your posture a well needed reminder, your core a wake up call. This class works on strengthening your pelvic floor so that it is fit for purpose. This class is programmed to give your whole body a sweat session without any jumping, planking or sit up. This class working to increase your midline tension and works to restore diastasis (tummy separation).

There are no planking or sit ups and Basecore is designed to restrengthen the mid line, working to restore strength after diastasis (tummy separation).

A low impact class, designed to strengthen and tone throughout your pregnancy, dealing with postural changes and pelvic floor health to gain strength for labour and recovery post birth. This class is kind to your joints, but don’t be fooled, the program is designed to make you sweat and get that feel good factor from exercising, helping you and baby stay happy and healthy throughout your pregnancy. You will push, pull, tighten, strengthen and tone without high impact.
