We don’t hold back with our personal training packages – our expert fitness professionals draw on all their experience and education to make sure you stay focussed and results are achieved. Once we start, we keep you focused, we are results driven and realistic. You can work on a one-to-one basis or in a small group with your personal trainer.  Our team are trained in injury rehabilitation, weight/fat loss, pre and post natal, diastasis, pelvic floor recovery and applied functional science.

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS

(Available only between 1-5pm)

Small Group Personal Training provides a measurable, results-focused training program for you and a few of your friends at a fraction of the cost of Personal Training. It can be a very effective way of scheduling your workouts, gaining a little more individual focus, and training with friends. Our NCT package would be great for women at similar stages in their post natal journey, and can give you all a boost of motivation and drive. We also have Duo and Trio option for those who are looking to workout with just one or two friends. You also get complimentary class membership as a bonus to your personal training.

NCT GROUP TRAINING

OFF PEAK

Choose between 1 to 3 group personal training sessions per week that are scheduled between 1-5pm Monday- - Friday. Share the cost of training with up to 5 people. With monthly membership it is a 3 month membership, monthly rolling from thereafter. Contact us for PAYG pack pricing.

BONUS: You also get Off Peak class membership completely free as a bonus to your personal training membership. This will allow you to come to unlimited classes in off peak hours on top of your personal trianing sessions. On top of this you also get our 14 Day Post Natal Re-Boot Program.

DUO / TRIO TRAINING

Choose 1 to 3 personal training sessions per week that are scheduled between 1-5pm Mon-Fri, Pre 8am or post 12pm Weekends. Share the cost with up to 3 friends. PAYG options and pay monthly options available. With monthly membership it is a 3 month membership, monthly rolling from thereafter. Contact us for PAYG pack pricing.

BONUS: You also get Off Peak (unlimited off peak classes) or Silver (12 class credits anytime) class membership completely free as a bonus to your personal training membership. This will allow you to come to extra classes on top of your personal trianing sessions

Please be aware that to attend group training sessions you and your friends need to have relatively similar goals and be at a similar fitness level or stage in life. Our sessions need to be focussed and target the best movements in order to achieve results in the time you wish. If we find one of you needs a little more one-to-one time for one or two sessions we will advise this as a course of action to make sure the group maintain the progress as a whole and get the best from each session.
