Healthy Christmas Protein Pudding
Who said breakfast has to be boring?! Curb your cravings and stay on track with your nutrition goals. Chia, cocoa and pomegranate are nutrient-rich foods and are beneficial for your health and well-being. Plus, they taste great when eaten together.
- 200g Low fat yoghurt
- 2 tbsp chai seeds
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 2 tsp cocoa or cacao powder
- 1 tsp Manuka honey
- 1/2 pomegranate (seeded)
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl except the pomegranate seeds.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top.
- Leave overnight or for 20/30 minutes in a fridge
