Healthy Chocolate Mousse; for when the craving hits

Chocolate is not something you have to cut out; it has great qualities, especially when you eat turn it into a complete, balanced snack or desert like this one!

 

Healthy Chocolate Mousse; for when the craving hits

Serves: 1
Diet preferences: Nut-free, Gluten-free, Vegetarian

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 100g greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Blueberries

Method

  • Mix is all together in a blender and enjoy
