Delivered by Beattitude's Personal Trainers; Figure is a 50 minute circuit class unique to Beattitude Club. Programmed especially to benefit the female physique, it combines weighted, body weight and core conditioning exercises, that have been designed specifically to improve body confidence, muscle tone, strength and fitness for teenage girls.
Get fit, strong and toned. Our workouts are non competitive, working to your own pace within the group. Get the opportunity to learn and experience workouts that are fun, with a group of likeminded teens and trainers. Workout to loud tunes that give you that boost of motivation in a beautiful club.

Often fitness options for young women involve training to a competitive level, when many just want to participate for fun. Our classes offer young women the opportunity to do just that; have fun and gain a level of fitness they enjoy.
Teenagers are often more influenced by their peers than their parents. Making friends in class and enjoying the workouts gives them more reason to want to keep fit and keep coming to class.
The over-competitive nature of some team sports can leave some deciding they are not good enough. There are no 'A' teams in our classes. Each individual works out at their own pace. No comparing, just inward focus to boost confidence.
Poor body image can have a huge impact on young women and can even lead to them not wanting to participate in exercise or sport. These classes will knock down any insecurities and build confidence.
We are a boutique fitness club for women with a focus to give more than just a workout. With over 60 classes a week, we offer flexibility to support the busy lifestyles of women and cater to a variety of fitness levels. Each class is designed to meet specific weight loss, strength and conditioning goals based on our experience of what women need from their fitness. We also offer nutrition programmes and online workouts to help our girls maintain that healthy lifestyle and balance.
